CANCELLATION POLICY:


 

Cancellation requests must be submitted over an email to info@taah.co.uk,  within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase request.


 

RETURN / EXCHANGE:


 

Return will be considered ONLY in case the art works are received in damaged condition.


 

Step 1: Return or Exchange requests must be submitted over an email to info@taah.co.uk, within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery.


 

Step 2: Save original packaging!


 

Step 3: Clients are requested to share a photographic proof of damaged artwork over an email to info@taah.co.uk.


 

Step 4: After reviewing the photographs TAAH will arrange for a return shipment and refund for your defective purchase.


 

A support representative will collaborate with you to guide you through the steps.


 

  • Return shipments must be arranged through TAAH  and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).


 

  • Clients are requested to cooperate with return packaging and shipment processes.


 

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork.


 

  • All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.


 

  • Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, framed or altered in any capacity after purchase.

     

EXCHANGE:


 

Exchanges are applicable only in case of photographs or prints (Limited and/or Open editions), if the copies received are in damaged condition.


 

Step 1 – Please email info@taah.co.uk within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

Step 2 - Take photos of the defective print and the packaging and email the photographs to info@taah.co.uk


 

Step 3 - After reviewing the photographs, TAAH will ship a replacement print for your defective purchase. 


 

SHIPPING COSTS:

 

​​We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyer's remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.

If we conclude that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.


 

* Shipping times and shipping rates may depend on the location of the shipment address and the size of the item(s) being shipped. All items purchased through the TAAH platform are manufactured by an affiliate or pursuant to an agreement with a third-party vendor and shipped to the customer pursuant to arrangements with various shipping carriers for final delivery. 

This means risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon the manufacturer's delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.


 

* We do not offer expedited shipping options (sorry, no exceptions)
